Katy Perry

Save As Draft

10r311k.jpg

I was genuinely surprised by how much I like this song.

I was excited when it was announced as a radio single -- I truly thought it could do well.

I think this is one of her better ballads -- it has a lot of catchy qualities.

ZAYN x Taylor Swift

I Don't Wanna Live Forever

Ya know I know so many people that love this song, but it was never that amazing to me.

I think it's a good song, but it got very overplayed, which made me hate it rather quickly.

Love On The Brain

I was pleasantly surprised by how successful this song ended up being.

Generally, I think it's a good song -- particularly a good song to sing in the shower.

September Song

I'm so salty that it took me almost a full year to discover this song.

I don't remember how I found it, but I'm so glad I did.

I love everything about this song from the words to the production.

It's just so cute, I love it so much. x

Bebe Rexha

I Got You

Definitely not an amazing song, but something I can bop to nonetheless.

It has an explosive chorus, which is something I like.

Cut To The Feeling

dpycnk.jpg

I've been loving Carly Rae for years now, so idk why this song wasn't instant with me at first.

It took me a bit, but I finally started obsessing over this song over the summer.

Definitely a feel good pop song that puts me in a good mood.

It was released later this year (September) so it didn't have enough time on my Hot 40 chart to be higher on this countdown!

P!nk

What About Us

2lbhyiu.jpg

I've always liked this song since it came out in August, but it was never my favorite P!nk lead.

I think it has a great message and I'm so thrilled that it did so well on radio.

Imagine Dragons

Thunder

f9qudg.jpg

I was so nervous that I wasn't going to like Imagine Dragons' new material after I hated 'Smoke + Mirrors.'

This song (and the Evolve album) definitely proved me wrong.

I genuinely think this is a great song and I'm so thrilled it got so huge.

Still salty that it missed top 3 on Billboard.

Flo Rida featuring 99 Percent

Cake

Yes, laugh all you want. I know this song is ridiculous.

But this is hands down one of my biggest guilty pleasures of the year.

This song is so catchy and definitely makes me dance; especially when I have vodka coursing through my veins.

Year-End 2016: #91

One of my favorite Charli songs ever! I think this song is really fun to dance along with.

I remember seeing her at Gov Ball and being super nervous that she wasn't going to sing it...

Then she sang one more song and it was this! I was so thrilled.

Halsey

Bad At Love

4t37ns.png

Definitely one of my most favorite songs of the later half of 2017!

This song would've definitely been higher if it was released (as a single) earlier this year.

I'm so so thrilled that it's doing so well on the Hot 100! Great pop song.

Tove Lo

Disco T*ts

jii4n4.png

Mark my words. If this song were released earlier in the year, it would've landed a spot in my top 20 (at the very least).

This song is hands down one of the most unique, yet amazingly awesome pop songs of the year.

I absolutely adore it and my friends and I have yet to get tired of it.

Hearing it live at her album release party for Blue Lips literally sent me into another dimension.

I think I was so in love with Night Visions that I expected too much from Smoke + Mirrors.
