No. That won't happen until the first December dated BB week. The next chart, Monday's will still use the 2017 formula, with the charts dated 25 November. The chart that comes out the following Monday will start the 2018 CY. That's the week when we will likely see the formula change.

 

So, Taylor actually did release her album for the first week of the 2018 Chart Year. BB will release the BB 200 T 10 with Reputations sales on Monday, 20 November, which BB will date as 02 December. Swift actually did follow the same strategy as Adele used in 2015. It's just the dates have moved up three days due to the 2016 leap year.

Walk On Water just got a relatively small dark green update for a new release iTunes #1 (the #2 only went from 98% to 90%, and it was already falling pretty hard on its own), so yeah, its streaming numbers will have to be absolutely MASSIVE or its sales situation is going to have to suddenly get a lot better for it to get a #1 debut since right now it seems like it's not going to do much more than 100K in sales (if it even does that)
