Rentboy Posted November 7, 2017 Posted November 7, 2017 Didnt Chris release midweek though? Explains the split sales. Nice way to fake longevity I guess.
EyesOnMe Posted November 7, 2017 Author Posted November 7, 2017 MOL’s 2nd week is pretty equal to PxP’s looking at HDD’s #s

UNNAMI Posted November 8, 2017 Posted November 8, 2017 so chris brown would do some close to 110-120k in full week, interesting
Bacardo Royale Posted November 8, 2017 Posted November 8, 2017 Chris Brown slay a bit Pills & Automobiles is that bop tho, hope it's a sleeper hit

It could've been #1 though because more people would've known about it if released on Friday
Witch Privilege Posted November 8, 2017 Posted November 8, 2017 Just now, Enoch said: wtf is an artificial streaming number He has high streaming numbers for his album, because he has 45 songs counting towards. That's basically like 3 albums counting a 1. It's just silly. His first week streaming 2 years ago was only 22k (184k total, 162k pure). Streaming has obviously increased since then, but these numbers are obviously inflated due to the amount of tracks. I imagine they will fall hard once everyone listens to the full thing once, and it's only his small fanbase streaming it. Maybe I'll be wrong, and eat crow in a couple weeks.
Timber Posted November 8, 2017 Posted November 8, 2017 At this rate I don't think P!nk will scan platinum.

sadnews Posted November 8, 2017 Posted November 8, 2017 so no increase for sam smith even with bundle. hope we can get internet sales number for botf sam and maroon to see who has more bundle sales. they have same size tour. it will be interesting to compare their bundle numbers.
ATRL Moderator MissedTheTrain Posted November 8, 2017 ATRL Moderator Posted November 8, 2017 I was about to say I was shocked at Sam and M5's numbers but then I saw they had tour bundles. Not too bad though considering neither of them have had that much hype for their albums. I think M5 could've benefitted from a better single and Sam could've benefitted from more time and another single before the album.
ATRL Moderator MissedTheTrain Posted November 8, 2017 ATRL Moderator Posted November 8, 2017 Happy with Kelly, less than a 70% drop and still in the Top 20 Hopefully this era serves longevity with some more successful singles.
TKO Posted November 8, 2017 Posted November 8, 2017 M5 numbers are dissappointing, they had several hits (most of them are streaming monster hits) and tour bundle. Katy for example, released 6 months after lead single and still debuted with 180k while Swish Swish was flopping.
