This rule was revoked after MJ's passing in late 2009. On the list in the OP EVERYONE WHO DEBUTED BEFORE 2010 LOST WEEKS ON THE TOP 200 DUE TO THE CATALOGUE RULE. THE LIST IS THEREFORE INACCURATE AND NOT COMPREHENSIVE.
