I think she'll be #1 for about 3-4 weeks because she will promote the heck out of it to make sure it stays there.  Being #1 opens the door for her to perform in any and every talk show.  I predict she'll even get close to #1 on iTunes.  Cardi really wanted this and no way she does not work to make it stay there for awhile.
