Even worse is it was looking like MILF had decent potential in the beginning and her label seemed to get cold feet and stop promoting it. This album should've come out last year on the 10th anniversary of Dutchess. It's fascinating how much better Gwen's debut was, but I think a lot of that has to do with the way the eras were executed, Gwen's stint on The Voice, and her subsequent divorce and very quick publicized relationship with Blake. Gwen's album also didn't leak a month before release, and she had a moderate hit with Used to Love You.
