According to my calculations, Cardi B can be 1 if she is above Taylor in streaming by at least 8.5 million streams (Spotify, youtube etc combined) only then can she overcome the sales and radio deficit. 

On the other hand, if Taylor discounts her single (to play the game), she could block her.

Yeah, but like I said before Taylor's second week streaming was gigantic. Of course we can see a huge decline from 2nd week to 3rd week. But I predict the decline from 3rd week to 4th week is smaller.

Let's not forget that OSD spent only 19 weeks in the top 10 (16 at #1), so you can't really say that it had longevity. Despacito is already 22 weeks in the top 10 and still top 5.

Despacito was #3 on sales and streaming last week (#12 on on-demand streaming) and #10 on radio (where it's not free falling anymore), so it's not like it's merely dependent on youtube. It might hang on to top 10 for some time.

Cardi is #1 on YT by 500k first day of this tracking week. Discounting the song weirdly also boosted her streaming a lot it seems like. On both Spotify and Youtube

 

And she's #2 on Apple Music with LYWMMD at #14
