Most of the top 20 songs on iTunes are discounted, maybe half of the top 100. It’s in the top 20 without a discount, imagine the wonders it’d do. On a side note, was Feels discounted in the UK? I thought he said they "didnt impact here". James Arthur's song is another one. It's a UK #1 that hasn't made top 10 in the US, but was still a smash hit.
