sales alone don't make you #1. aggregated points do.

moreover, OSD helped its parent album sell massively.

Impressive, but I wish she could've gotten the #1 debut. :jonny:

eh WANEGT debuted at 72 based on airplay too. It'll be fine.

As predicted, he tied it. Taylor will easily be #1 next week.

Probably not, it has gone down a lot in streaming and radio.

going off the idea that taylor probably gets a 2nd week at #1 (just like SIO), would the third week be LWYMMD v. BY v. Despacito?

It's losing over 3.5M in radio audience a day. People consider summer to be over even though it won't be until the 3rd/4th week of September and many "summer songs" start to lose alot of pull so if it someow managed to come back from that then maybe.

Unless they have a bieber video ready I don't think it will.

I think after Taylor is #1 next week it's the game of Taylor vs. Cardi B vs the Bank account song  vs. new Eminem for the month of September.

Early predictions

1 Look What You Made Me Do 883 (debut?)

2 Despacito 462 (-1)

3 Wild Thoughts 377 (-1)

4 Bodak Yellow 372 (-1)

Wild thoughts last week in the top 3.

It'll take at least 2 weeks for BY to get to #2.

Hopefully Taylor can secure at least 2 consecutive weeks at #1 so Despacito doesn't return to #1

350k and 55M streams. Think that's conservative for both? We'll see.

It seems 350k (or less) is about right, it sold 245,900 downloads in the first 3 days.

Friday - 189,144

Saturday - 31,514

Sunday - 25,242

Quote

Download sales went from a first-day high of 189,144 to 31,514 on Saturday and 25,242 yesterday, for a three-day total of 245,900

even if she will lost half of in every metrics she will still have over 500 points and despacito has 502 in this week. and of course she won't lose half of her points she there's no chance

Most of her points come from sales, so she could lose 60-70% just from that with the decline in the second week (IDWLF dropped 72% in its second week, and since LWYMMD sold 25k on Sunday I can see a very big sales drop in the second week).
