Yeah and that is deemed fake. I think for some reason oct 23 is missing in the spotify charts archives so i guess therefore they thought Katy had it, but yeah Hello did 5.1 mill WW first day. And broke the record then. Peaked at 7.06 million which was like 2,5 mill more than the 2nd biggest song ever at the time

Despacito is losing close to 3M in audience impression daily and I don't think a surge in sales will occur again.

It's quite possible taylor might get a couple of weeks before a new #1 takes over.
