Canada has a fairly large Korean community, especially around Toronto.  So, I can see how IU is a big streaming hit there.

There's a really exciting article on the front page of MBW today. AM is creating a new "charts division" and looking for a Charts Manager to helm it. According to the job listing, this person will "define and drive a clear strategy for Apple Music charts, including official charts for music and podcasts." Furthermore, they will work on developing "innovative and dynamic internal Apple Music charts." 

 

Obviously, it's ambiguous as to whether these "official" charts would be publicly accessible. One could easily envision them being provided exclusively to labels and other industry partners. Nevertheless, it's encouraging that AM is allocating more resources to charts!
