By the same percentage, it has around 15M out of 83M views in the US, on Youtube.

 

And by the 100:1 RIAA streams ratio, shouldn't it be eligible for Gold based on streams of the two platforms alone?

Someone please educate me if I'm wrong!

First of all, the ratio is 150:1 (it was changed several years ago). Secondly, a look at YT Insights shows it only has 5.64 million U.S. YouTube streams. Also, you should note that only YouTube streams from official videos count towards certifications, whereas the YT Insights numbers include streams from user-generated content as well.

It's already a single, since it was officially added to Pop/HAC/Rhythmic radio by her record label (and "New Year's Day" was added to country radio and is heavily pushed as the "country" single).

Spotify decided to put her on their "black list" and decided to totally exclude her from their major playlists, which is evident from her streaming numbers. I'm surprised "End Game" is not doing better on Spotify since it has Sheeran and Future on it.
