It's true that 3 pop songs in the top 20 is a little unusual. But I would be skeptical that it's due to a larger trend, and would be more inclined to believe that those songs are just doing abnormally well at the same time. Apple Music hasn't made a significant dent in Spotify's market share for a year and a half now, so I find it doubtful that they've seen any significant gain in pop listeners of late. But it's very difficult to know, and I am not certain.
