Every 1,500 streams of songs from an album translates to one album-equivalent unit. So streaming 4 songs once each would be 4 streams (obviously) = 0.0027 units.

The weekly chart seems to be correct as BY is above Taylor in all the days daily

No. Pretty sure the Taylor artist page is correct. When we had differences between the overall chart and an artist page before it was always the artist page that was correct in the end.

 

And the daily numbers are different too. Especially for 18th and 21st they are much higher. 21st makes sense since BTS were uploaded then. 18th IDK
