Cardi B has a serious chance to get a hot 100 #1 before Nicki Minaj who has been hopping on every track under the sun for years for quick hot 100 entries.  She loves padding that title.  Its like she's given up on solo work for the quest of hot 100 entries as a feature.

And it's like you don't know how the rap game works. Doing features between eras is very common and since she was basically the only female rapper with some commercial power, everyone went to her. Let her make her coins. 

 

Setting up a Cardi vs Nicki is not good for Cardi and for the big picture.

She's at least getting her own #1 first.  But good to see she can potentially take away some of Nicki's features.  Imo, she needs to be taken down a peg or two.  Always bragging about that silly record of hers then tweeting "be humble" as if she knows the meaning.  My opinion will not change other then hopefully Nicki loses more features in the future.  Thank goodness Maroon 5 didn't put her on "what lovers do" because that is my jam.

American people and English speaking countries really take long times to get over songs. Despacito isn't even that heard much in my country anymore.
