Yuanyu Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago I don't know why nobody is surprised, nowadays any artist sells out their tour in hours 1 2
JoeAg Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago ugh Red Rocks already sold out really? dude some of us are poor and need to budget for our own musical instruments and for food and living and sh*t why can't they announce an extra date in Colorado or just announce a bit closer to the release of a second single or the album… it's just frustrating, it feels like I have no time to pay attention to so many things for so many different artists whose music I enjoy 5
BlackoutZone Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago You got me scared, but I just checked the date here and it seems there are plenty of tickets in so I don't have to worry about it rn

I'm curious on why this happened only in Poland while 95% of the tour sold out you can compare it to other dates from here: https://www.lorde.co.nz/tour Edited 14 hours ago by Kayseri Mantisi

Łódź is not that known, but they have an arena. Prices are high, most tickets are 140 euro, which is a lot - you could snatch Taylor or Beyonce's tickets for that, and it's like 2,5 times more than Amsterdam or Cologne 1
aotearoa Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago see what happens when you make timeless iconic songs 1 1
AcidPrince Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago She is amazing, so no, im not surprised. She is a classic act. 2
ontherocks Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago Around a third of the shows aren't even arenas. 2 1 3
Tusk Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago The LA show is full of resales. "sold out" = non fans buying to resale

Ryusei Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago The zurich date has a capacity of 1600 - 2000 people according to their own website not them inflating numbers. Can't wait to attend tho.

ScorpiosGroove Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago i mean half the the tour is happening in tiny cafeterias, i'd be more surprised if all that comeback and brat hype didn't sell those out 1 1 3

She probably should have picked Cracow. The prices don't seem really worse than pretty much most of shows nowadays, we just have to accept that live shows are getting significantly more expensive nowadays, hope the bubble pops eventually 1
Purple Land Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago I don't know why anyone would be surprised with this. It's a common career path for people who cultivate a strong fanbased based on songwriting and community. It takes some years for them to be fully appreciated, then their fans grow a little bit older and have more money and their old catalogue starts go be discovered… Same as happened with Charli, Taylor (in a differente scale ofc), Lana, etc. Lorde's been showing signs of this for a while. 2 1

Lorde is my #1 fav since i was a 10 year old kid in 2013 and since she only releases every 4 years i was never able to attend her tours sadly, (i was 18 during Solar Power tour) BUTTTT this time I saved up for this moment for a long time since i'm working now and now i'm finally going 1
NoOneDiesFromLove Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago Queen I will have my card ready for when she comes back to Auditorio Telmex (fingers 🤞) in Guadalajara 1

I was in the queue early before tickets went on sale, and all that was left was resale tickets. So, that was weird. I don't like being gaslit into believing that an artist sells out 10,000 tickets in 2 minutes - especially of this size in a medium-sized city.
