However, I'd love for Taylor to do a small intimate tour of like only the vault tracks after she wraps up the TVs. Where she talks about why each song was left off said album and little insights into them. Is that Timothee Chalamet in your avi? I knew he grew a moustache recently but I didn't know he got more buff.
smartalek22 Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago I genuinely think both would rather not do shows than return to smaller venues. Their egos won't allow it even if it makes economical sense at some point. 1

Linkin Park are doing Stadiums in Europe even though they are nowhere near the commercial force they used to be The Rolling Stones, Foo Fighters do stadiums WW
Havoc Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago Yes. Madonna had to downgrade to arenas once she got older. 1

Beyoncé does all stadiums for practicality and went on her first stadium tour after Blue's birth and since then she doesn't travel outside of the US for more than 3-4 months which always corresponds to Blue's summer vacation. At one point her kids will be grown. Not every country has huge stadiums made for huge concerts, eventually they might want to visit more countries and at some point, stars fade or get older. Women don't necessarily have the trajectory of rock bands. Not even Madonna escaped that. Edited 18 hours ago by BnPac
MatiRod Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago Taylor should do an up close & intimate theatre or even club tour where tickets are only made available to her top 0.1% Spotify listeners and no resales allowed.

You'd have an Eras Tour situation where hundreds of fans are outside the stadium trying to get a taste of the experience, except with a smaller venue that number would be in the thousands. Beyonce luckily has more flexibility in this aspect. I could see her doing smaller venues for 'artistic' reasons and adjusting prices to match the amount she'd make otherwise. 1
Pheromosa Posted 17 hours ago Posted 17 hours ago Both will eventually, unless they retire tomorrow. Stop being delusional
Starshine Posted 17 hours ago Posted 17 hours ago Yes. Bey will miss the intimacy she once had. She probably has so many ideas that could never be executed in a stadium. She'll probably get sick of hauling 100 foot screens around and a lot of the times she's performing for the camera.
Xtina23 Posted 16 hours ago Posted 16 hours ago No, I feel like those two value money over intimate performances/artistic visions like Madonna did with her theatre tour tbh...
Into The Void Posted 16 hours ago Posted 16 hours ago Madonna did a theatre tour for Madame X didnt she?
Donquizote Posted 16 hours ago Posted 16 hours ago (edited) Taylor is this generation Bruce Springteen/U2 who can always draw crowds and have huge demand whenever they announce stadium tour. There's no way she's going to do arena tour especially when demand is always there. Judging by her current number, Beyonce will struggle to fill in stadium in the future and she always scale down to theaters or arenas Edited 16 hours ago by Donquizote 1

Taylor and Bey have at least three more eras of stadium touring in them, but who knows what will happen in the future! Taylor is more 'futureproofed' with children because she makes music that's geared towards them, so she should be able to tour stadiums for at least another decade I think Beyonce will always be able to sell stadiums, though, even as her fanbase ages. The hive are very dedicated, and we know she's the greatest live act.
.Odyssey. Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago Respectfully, so many people here are way too young to remember the fever surrounding getting tickets to Madonna tours in the early-mid 00s if she eventually had to downgrade to arenas and theaters, there will come a day with Taylor and Beyonce too. Every pop artist has a peak that they eventually pass.

iHype. Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago Yes, if they do an album where the music is more intimate and doesn't really work in a stadium (Folklore/Evermore for example wouldn't have really made sense in a stadium if she was touring specifically for those). Also once they get to a certain age way down the line (60+) and they physically start to have issues being able to do choreography in general it would make sense for them to do an intimate residency that isn't physically demanding.
LosingHimWasBlue Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago Beyonce already doing arena sized tour in Stadium tho 1

This is a hysterical take considering Madonna is arguably chasing hits now while Bey and Taylor are/have been on stadium tours for big-swing artistic projects
dumbsparce Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Taylor's demand is too high for arenas. Same for Beyonce's ego
