I read about the case ages ago but if I remember correctly nothing happened to the guy nor to the studio, Tommy and Pamela tried to sue but nothing happened.

Wow. That's devastating. 

The renovator definitely deserves a prison sentence, I wish it happened today so she could leak his info at least and have the fans and public do the dirty work if justice wasn't going to.
