Madonna throughout her career showed love, compassion, help and hope for the marginalized, powerless, and those who needed a strong voice when it needed most. Has she ever been bratty, immature, tone-deaf etc? Of course she has but this malicious attack on her as some type of awful person is just unfounded. I am ashamed to see it spread so much on a site like this

I don't think she's racist but girl really ran her mouth, how do you say that to a poc while being a white woman? Like :deadbanana:

Every attempt to make Madonna look like a racist will always fall flat because she has ALWAYS championed equality and love, literally has adopted black children and raised them as her own, and paid for schools and hospitals to support impoverished parts of Malawi. She has more than walked the walk and actions will always speak louder than words.

You may not like Madonna but you will never deny her accomplishments and support for women, LGBT+ and PoC.

I think when you literally live with and raise black children you don't spend all your time concerned with "how does this come across." She has always had a cheeky sense of humour. Intent matters and if people really think in this case she was making a casual joke about being a slave master, then IDK what to say.

If Madonna were popular during social media, I pretty sure she would have been cancelled pretty quickly. She is very unlikable as a person.

She's not racist at all, if anything, she's showed support and interest in other cultures and she has done a lot of philantrophy, no question about it. It's just that she can be a real b**** from time to time while working in the music industry. That's all.

I want to see how Madonna will spin this. Beceause from where I'm standing, this is inexcusable. And Montell being this appalled doesn't help matters either.
