base talk Dolby Atmos: why isnt britney's 2001 album available in full?

so im going through some Dolby Atmos mixes to look for any that have a different mix entirely or an alt lyric/vocal take from the standard Stereo release. like in the original Dolby Atmos release for Selena Gomez & the Scene's album When the Sun Goes Down, they had uploaded a Dolby Atmos mix of the demo version for the song Whiplash (alt verse vocal take and lyric change to "i'm feeling sexy" etc).

why are some not available in atmos? even the MATM remix on In the Zone is available in Dolby Atmos lol.

im also aware of Blur being uncensored on Circus as well as Get Naked on Blackout along with an updated mix of Radar. idk if its the same now ive had rips of those three songs for at least a year or so by now from someone else ripping and uploading them for me.

Only the US standard songs were updated, and the few singles that weren't is actually odd...
