If you're looking for incredible and technical singing, dancing, choreography, etc., Bey is at the top. 
 

If you're looking for theater, live instrumentation, wild costumes and concepts, Gaga is at the top. 
 

They're two different things. It's like comparing going to an MJ show (I imagine) to a top-line Broadway show. You can't really say one is better than the other.

Even tho B-chella was a very prehistoric and life altering moment for pop culture as a whole, I just enjoy Lady Gaga's music way more so I already know Gagachella would be much much better in my experience

Nah, Beychella's concept and live instrumentation is unbeatable by any pop star who's alive.

Theater and wild custumes are what Gaga's known for but even then she doesn't always execute them effectively

Wasn't she getting sick on stage once and her vocals kept playing. All of the main chorus vocals come from a track, bridges and some ad libs.
