As much as Hard Candy gets hate, it has more bops then all of the others by far. But as a work of art Rebel Heart is the most consistent album you can play from front to back. 
 

Madame X over does it by trying to be artistic and diffrent to the albums detriment. MDNA… self explanatory just all over the place EDM that sounds even more dated then her Pre-2005 music

@Gorjesspazze9put it well, HC has the chops but as a body of work, i'd say RH is more consistent. if it wasn't for the leak and her changing/******* up some songs, it'd have been easily the best post-coadf album.

 

MX is overdone and MDNA is undercooked.
