May Posted March 22 Posted March 22 if that vid is real (as in the creator is serious) then there's a special lack of self-awareness like, watching that video made me want nothing more than to NOT have his life i actually feel thoroughly de-influenced. there's something very robotic and hopeless/mundane abt the video. it makes me want to gain 30lbs of pure fat and lay in bed all day 11
Roberto Posted March 22 Posted March 22 The way I knew it was THAT video when I opened this thread. Another one went viral pointing out that it was 6 hours of him bullshitting. I screamed.

Princess Aurora Posted March 22 Posted March 22 I'd wake him up at 3 am and keep him busy all morning 1 4
godmess Posted March 22 Posted March 22 (edited) The whole thing just comes off as inauthentic and vapid. Any ability to inspire feels subverted in this presentation. He objectively has an incredible physique and a luxury lifestyle and yet he made it look empty and devoid of soul. He's basically bio-hacked peak-optimized DRONE. This is completely in alignment with the values of a sick materialistic society, despite trying to convey "living your potential". Edited March 22 by godmess 7 1
Happylittlepunk Posted March 22 Posted March 22 I was going to say he literally wasted like 6 hours of doing basically nothing.
Spicy Pisces Posted March 22 Posted March 22 Does anyone get some kind of satisfaction watching "morning routine" videos? Or what is the purpose of these other than hoping to get a peek of their feet 1
Smarticle Posted March 22 Posted March 22 Such a faux influencer routine but he's very accomplished ill say that

This goes deeper than just a viral video, because this is just one example of hundreds of thousands of these faux influencers and obviously the millions who follow them. Luckily the vast majority of people don't fall for this ****. 2

Or what is the purpose of these other than hoping to get a peek of their feet Well morning routine videos have origin in fitness and beauty influencers, but they used to be much more human and actually inspired an entire generation to hit the gym or get up a bit earlier to have breakfast or do your skincare. Now these type of videos are "this is the morning routine you'd have if you 'worked as hard as me'". Edited March 22 by Kevin Parker

coney island Posted March 22 Posted March 22 (edited) Seeing this routine go viral is so funny to me, especially with how ridiculous it is. Edited March 22 by Gladiator
Terrielle Posted March 22 Posted March 22 Beautiful man, not a single braincell in sight. The cherry on top was the gf cooking for him as he 'worked so hard'... Straights kill me.
