it's great and heartbreaking in equal measures, but she has far too many amazing songs for this to be counted among her best.

This song has always felt a bit overrated to me. It does have a great bridge though

The bridge is absolutely magnificent, the rest of the song is dead dead. Not to mention the weak production that's almost giving demo.
