I wonder if it's being sent to radio.

The views are picking up a bit on YouTube #12 on US Trending

Oh, and people should not be discouraged about the low views.

I just took a look at other videos/songs released around the same time:

Akon has a new video with 1.7 Million Views, 19k likes and 1k comments.

Keshas new songs lyric video has 2.2 Million Views, 22k likes and 1,1k comments.

Ecstasy has 620k views, 39,5k likes and 4,3k comments.

Is this website not working for anyone else????

The song is PERFECT. It gives lead single. The album idea using the EP is STUPID and im not supporting the project unless she give us an entire new album.

This is the best thing she's done in years I am so glad, it's a beautiful timeless classic and gives me MAJOR Promise teas both with the vocals and the video. Credit where credit is due.

Spoiler

No surprises most people in this thread can't appreciate it when she actually does something good.

I spoke to Theron and told him that fans are saying that only 4 new songs is lazy and i don't want to go in depth of what exactly he said but basically he said it's due to the streaming era and her being independent. It kinda makes sense but i definitely told him we want more songs and signed vinyls. He said he would take the idea to her.

anyways

#9 trending on YouTube and up to #111 on Apple Music r&b. No radio adds this week. Hopefully it's sent soon.

Something like 'Bae' by Keri Hilson would be cute for her.

No.

Actually glad you bring that up cause Bae is awful. Tired of music with samples. Glad she gave us something original, with a throwback essence but still modern.

If she was pulling in the big numbers that strategy would make sense but it literally makes no difference. If she wants to keep the little fans she has left giving us new music i think makes more sense. Even as an outsider it just looks lazy. the album price is also crazy even with the songs purchased already.

I didn't know Bae had a sample. I really liked Ecstasy just a bit disappointed that she put the whole EP in the album.

Another DOA single? No, thanks!

And no shade to Keri, but her song even without the sample sounds really dated.

Ecstasy is not groundbreaking but it's a push forward for her sound in comparison to the last 2-3 eras.

The chorus is so instant. The clean version without the "punani" lyric hits harder for me personally.

It's a shame that she's throwing this onto the Cici deluxe instead of a new album. Like I understand that How We Roll did numbers and would be wasted not being on an album for the units, but it would have been good to get some more new songs instead of Run It Up or Wassup at least. The EP was mostly great so it does deserve a revisit, but it's a bit late to do it now.

I will say that Ecstasy does not sound out of place on the original EP. They could replace Winning, Wassup and Run It Up with some new songs (in addition to the new songs to be included) and it could potentially be a skipless album.

Run It Up is a trash song for me, the fact that she's even gonna include it pisses me off so much lmao I'm trying to calm down

It makes the release feel messy. Ecstasy being the only post-EP song to make it onto the deluxe would feel more clean because it sonically aligns with the EP and feels like the deluxe has more thought behind it.

Run It Up being track #2 on the album feels so random.
