how is a single person being able to revoke things like this? Like how is a president alone able to undo 50 years of progress in the matter of days. It's just too much for my brain to comprehend

a president of a democracy shouldn't have that much power. USA truly only sells itself as the greatest democracy in the world but it's truly not all of that. 

not that he doesn't have the congress in his hands, but at least it would be harder, with more time and conversation needed.
