I mean, if you want to take a closer look at those mutations in 0.0018% of the human population:

 

xxy - genetic condition found in males only

xyy - genetically condition found in males only

xxx - genetic condition found in females only

 

Regardless of Chromosome combination (I'm sure you could could list many more) - the human condition is to be either XX/XY.

Anything else is a genetic abnormality, not an additional sex.

Nowhere did it state anyone produces reproductive cells at conception, you're reading it incorrectly.

That is still hundreds of thousands of people, and it directly negates your claim that "a fetus is either XX/XY."

By this definition, you are calling people born with "genetic abnormality" non-human. If you meant to say that humans are either male or female, that can be taken as fact by the human-constructed definition of sex. By that logic (and the current definition of biological sex), XX/XXX are females and XY/XXY/XYY are males, etc. Again, this is the consensus scientists came to to define biological sex. "Human condition" is such a broad-strokes term that who is to say only one set of society gets to define and dictate what that means. Humans are more than their biological sex.
