Regardless of whether you like Carrie Underwood or not, it's definitely realistic to believe she's disappointed at how this turned out. Inaugurations used to be major cultural events. 
 

This one had **** attendance, **** weather, **** logistics, had to contend with another national holiday, and came the same day as the College Football National Championship.
