Xtina shaded Mariah & Robbie Williams

Robbie Williams confirmed that Xtina pretended not to know him at a club on WWHL.

Looking back at their history, Robbie wrote some things about Xtina in his autobiography, and she wasn't having it.

While declining a duet with him, she also shaded Mariah in 2004 for a 2-for-1 special:

Robbie may have been bearing a slight grudge against Christina at the time of writing because she turned down the opportunity to duet with him. She said of the offer, "I find him charming but our styles are too different. It wouldn't work. He should try Mariah Carey - she likes duets."

Early 00s Xtina was a menace. Iconic behaviour tbh

I love Robbie. Unlike many other celebs when confronted with things they did in the past, he held himself accountable and recognized he said some rude things that probably made things worse, on top of tabloids being the way they were. And he said really nice things about her as well, if I were Xtina maybe I would reach out to him.

I have no ill will towards this man but the only reason I know who he is now is because in the last month, I saw a few TikToks dragging him saying why does he have a biopic when no one knows him outside of the UK

I don't even get the Mariah shade. Yeah, she loves duets because she has musicality and knows how to blend rather than just screaming with no melody.

Not when Xtina fits perfectly on Say Something, MLJ and FTM

Robbie Williams is a bit like the male Kylie Minogue, famous everywhere except America. He was ubiquitous in Europe around that time, theres no way she wouldve gone to the UK/europe as often as she did and not been aware of his existence.

You mean her 10 second cameo on MLJ where she didn't even blend with Maroon 5 for a moment? And FTM includes zero interaction with another vocalist.

This is so confusing. He said something negative about her in a book or interview from 2004 (?) and he thinks that's why she pretended not to know who he was at a club? And I'm guessing whatever he wrote was based on her turning him down for a duet?

It just seems like a very grand assumption for someone who is completely unknown in the US.
