I honestly live for how she manages her fans' expectations. We love an honest pop star. Meanwhile Bey is hot and cold on the visuals she promised, Rih keeps pretending she's dropping an album, Xtina will say "soon" for a project that's not coming for 3 years, and Gaga acts like each new release is going to be comparable to the second coming of Christ only to abandon the project five minutes after it drops.

I'm okay with short songs if they're good (but i wan't like 6 of them )

 

As for the tour, if she waits till after the Wicked 2 she could release a new album in 2026 and have a massive tour promoting Positions, Eternal Sunshine, and AG8. She could drum-up so much demand like how Taylor was when she was getting ready to start the eventual Eras Tour and saying Lover, Folklore, Evermore, and Midnights would be included.

I feel like she's in this really weird spot with her music. Eternal Sunshine has come and gone. We got 3 really great music videos from the album and then moved onto wicked which is fine, not for me / but I appreciate her versatility… I almost feel like it would be better to wait for a full length album rather than tacking on 3 two minute songs at the end of eternal sunshine

mini tour being scrapped is the real travesty here  I was really hoping she would do like 15-20 stadium shows this summer.

I mean her album and its slightly deluxe version are fairly recent plus she just released a blockbuster movie and a soundtrack, I don't think Arianators are super thirsty for more content at the moment but any new song no matter how short will be well recieved.
