No one is proposing this as a first resort option.

 

It's merely a sad acknowledgement of reality that there might be no other options left.

 

I mean the theoretical peaceful option is mass strike. But that requires brains (the knowledge that the one and only power that ordinary people have is the power of numbers.  But then people in the West have been propagandized into thinking against their interest (that unionization is bad or old school thing. Out of fashion. Little do they know it is their ONLY source of real power. It's how they were able to obtain all their rights in the 19th and 20th century at the expense of the oligarchs of those days.
