Depending on where you live 10 million is A LOT I'd give up an organ for less, wearing a hat in some ironic maga-mocking way doesn't sound that inconvenient tbh

 

You could double that money through investments but even without all that, if you divide it into monthly payments of 10k that money could last you 80 years
