Solaria Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago I know the Britney Army generally places Glory in their top 3 alongside Blackout and ITZ, but honestly… relistening to the album a few years later, I find it to be lacking a lot. It's a bit strange to say because I know she had much control over Glory than her previous albums but I genuinely prefer Femme Fatale over it… 2

Melancholy Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago It's definitely in the top FIVE after Blackout, ITZ, Britney and Oops 1
ChooseyLover Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago I agree. It's an okay album, a nice return to form coming from Britney Jean, but the people she worked with weren't her perfect match. She had great ideas but the execution was poor/disappointing at times. 1
Brooklyn Baby Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago Who's claiming it's one of her best though Her top 3 are Blackout, Circus, and In the Zone 4
Jay07 Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago (edited) Top 3 is In the Zone, Britney and Blackout but Glory is top 5 with Circus. Femme Fatale is too soulless and robotic, you can tell she had checked out by that point. Edited 8 hours ago by Jay07 1 2
Trash Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago Thats brecause Femme Fatale is a great project with cohesive production. Glory is still one of the best, I often change the top 3 depending on the mood. I'd say most of the times is ITZ, Blackout and Glory, but Britney is up there. FF and Oops also have great bops and production so I see the case being made for them, and Circus (Blackout for the GP) is full of bops

BlahBlahBlah Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago I like it but it's fairly weak. Mood Ring is definitely one of her best songs of the 2010s though. 3
Dante Silva Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago If in this case 'best' means 'worst' then sure it does - right next to "Britney Jean".
teresaguidice Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago glory sounds like a random collection of demos from 2014 rejected by selena gomez and hailee steinfeld types. the only song that sounds like it was written for britney is do you wanna come over. and private show is genuinely worse than anything on britney jean.
Blackout2006 Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago Yea I think it's a great album, but it's far from my top three. My top three is Blackout-ITZ-Britney and from there, it's Circus and OIDIA, not Glory lol
.Odyssey. Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago Agreed, but Do You Wanna Come Over? is one of her best songs and frankly should have been the album lead.
UnusualBoy Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago Why are people saying it sounds like a Selena Gomez album when the only similar songs to it are Just Luv Me and Just Like Me? Anyway, it's top 5 for sure. It's cohesive, a bit trendy but not completely dated
Mupps Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago I like it because her personality shines through a lot and it has some all-time favorites for me (Liar, Slumber Party, Mood Ring). Problem is that the second half is much better than the first half. Femme fatale has many bops but you can tell she was checked out because of the c-ship abuse, so that makes it less enjoyable for me to listen to.
SinnerCity Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago One day people will realize how fantastic Circus is and how it embodies the best of bubblegum pop Britney and mature Britney 2
