ATRL definitely acknowledges dancing as a talent. Britney can't sing to save her life, but she is a talented dancer. Everybody agrees with that. 
 

Songwriting is also a talent but it's subjective and inconsistent. Just look at Taylor discography.

A lot of those girls are not all rounders. But that's almost impossible. They have some small talents where they shine.

Some people atrl calls talented have huge flash. Nobody is perfect except maybe Beyonce.

not that I am bothered by the users, but it's true that ATRL loves just to put acts down with those narratives and not look back
