She's just scared and not confident in her output anymore. She's reached creative and commercial peaks that are nearly impossible to reach again. Also at nearly 40, I think her priorities shifted long time ago. Little Monstrosities should stop clinging for crumbs.

She already did. She added the Bruno Mars collab to the album after initially saying it was a standalone track.

My guess is in the next couple weeks. Predicting it'll be released February 28.

 

I doubt she wants to delay it to March or whenever. It makes sense to include DWAS on the album but its longevity is probably screwing up their rollout plans a bit.

Closer to the release, in February.

 

Gaga doesn't like the negativity online although she posts about how happy she is with regards to everyone's reactions as she chooses what to reply to, how to react to it, and respond accordingly on socials.
 

Furthermore, there's the latest with TikTok which is causing her to rethink about her online presence, should it not be available anymore. I'd say she's ready to release the album, the happiest she's ever been in her personal life and is ready to post more info soon!
