The music video for the single was already recorded. She did the interview for Vanity Fair shortly after filming it and called it "trippy".

it was released in a weird in-between period with deluxe versions where they started to regularly be released a couple months or so later instead of immediately with the standard edition, but before deluxe versions became like … entire separate full LP length (or close to it) b-side records. so it still exists in the former category for me, and judging it as such if it was only ever gonna be like 4 new songs the ones we got are cute and get way too much hate

YES  But I want it to be a full deluxe experience though, with at least 4 tracks, one single and a music video. If it's like the tragedy that was the positions deluxe she can keep it.
