Zaram Posted Sunday at 02:00 PM Posted Sunday at 02:00 PM As we all know DWAS contiues to break record after record on Spotify and currently sits at 101 days at Number 1. Do you think DWAS will also become the song with the most days at #1 surpassing Dance Monkey? Here is the current list: Dance Monkey - 120 days Rockstar (Post Malone) - 114 days Senorita - 103 days One Dance, Despacito (remix), & Die with a Smile (+1) - 101 days 5
Popular Post magazine Posted Sunday at 02:05 PM Popular Post Posted Sunday at 02:05 PM Are you asking us if the LG7 lead will break an all time record? Yes! There is a pretty big chance of this happening 17
Revolution Posted Sunday at 02:08 PM Posted Sunday at 02:08 PM i hate this song but i hate dance fatty even more so hopefully yes 1 1
jdanton2 Posted Sunday at 02:10 PM Posted Sunday at 02:10 PM it might have made it already if it had not been blocked by Bruno's other song APT which had over 20 days at #1. Bruno has the record for having the top 2 for the most days. 4
Rith Posted Sunday at 02:12 PM Posted Sunday at 02:12 PM are there any other songs climbing up the chart? if not and if nobody else drops something then maybe, grammys might also give it 2-3 extra days
Aston Martin Posted Sunday at 02:14 PM Posted Sunday at 02:14 PM It's tracking like it is. No one can predict the future obviously, but the fact that it needs to hold on for less than 3 weeks to break the record after already spending 101 days there is insane. What a smasha 1
KatyPrismSpirit Posted Sunday at 02:18 PM Posted Sunday at 02:18 PM No doubt. Unless someone randomly comes in swinging in 2025 with a massive hit single. DWAS does 10M daily 4 months in. It's even beyond As It Was, Flowers, Blinding Lights levels of smashing. 7
Katamari Posted Sunday at 02:31 PM Posted Sunday at 02:31 PM Dance monkeys success feels like a fever dream 1
Human Fly Posted Sunday at 02:36 PM Posted Sunday at 02:36 PM Easily, its the biggest spotify hit ever.

We just need it to keep on going and going so no one could top it 1

Mariano Posted Sunday at 03:10 PM Posted Sunday at 03:10 PM I will be happy with #3 tbh. It staying at #1 for 20 more days would be kinda insane, but who knows, with Grammys and LG7 coming soon it might really be possible, unless a new smasha arises.
Almighty Gaga Posted Sunday at 03:38 PM Posted Sunday at 03:38 PM Yes, shouldn't be an issue for the LG7 lead. 2

kwek_kwek Posted Sunday at 03:48 PM Posted Sunday at 03:48 PM Yes, it will. Unless, Taylor will surprise release reputa. But it will go back on top after few days anyway.

I refuse to believe in such consistency without shady mechanics going on. Its just not believable that all Spotify users globally use the song so consistently for such a long period, especially seeing how it doesn feel nearly as big as BL, Flowers or AIW 1 1 9

First it peaked in America, then Asisa and now Europe. That´s why the song has longevity but not a massive peak like Flowers (18M) 3

Its just not believable that all Spotify users globally use the song so consistently for such a long period, especially seeing how it doesn feel nearly as big as BL, Flowers or AIW It's also been smashing on YouTube where it's gotten over 100 million views a month for 3 months in a row (and it's tracking for a 4th). It just hit 500 million views today. And YouTube is mostly dead for English songs atp. https://kworb.net/youtube/video/kPa7bsKwL-c.html So just as it's doing better than those three aforementioned songs on Spotify, it's also doing better than them on YouTube. It's tracking to outview AIW and BL this year alone. The fact that it's smashing on multiple platforms supports that it's huge because people love it. 2
