Why haven't Beyoncé and Christina ever collabed together?

I don't get it, they two were arguably known to be the biggest voices/vocalists of our generation of the 2000's and yet haven't even done a collab together.

Even Bey has done one with P!nk and Britney for a dang PEPSI Ad! :deadbanana2:

And then one with Shakira for Beautiful Liar.

Arguably the biggest divas of the 2000's. So how come they haven't gotten into the studio together?

I highkey think they'd definitely make a GREAT record together and it would be a hit.

I feel like the only time a collab would have made sense would have been around IASF. Both change their sounds/directions pretty often, and not necessarily in ways that align with each other.

Christina could have probably fit on Video Phone.

Didn't something happen between them? I forgot who told the story but they (Destiny's Child) were all performing at an event and Christina (or her team most likely) kicked the girls out of their dressing room or something?

Destinys child was the opening act for Christina's first tour.

Yes! That was it, thank you. So this pretty much answers OP's question. Why would B want to collab with someone like that?

This is why the xtina stans revisionist history will always be funny to me. That woman was a ripe seee uuuu ennnn teee

She was a mean nasty spirit, Britney was on the receiving end of most of that hate in the media, that's why I'm glad she never rushed to forgive her. This image revamp is only good for the new girls, but most of us remember the uber ***** she was back in the day

Pretty sure Christina was very rude to Destiny's Child in the past. It's funny that Beyonce is much bigger than her now.

Beyonce and Destiny's Child always loved Britney

Because she didn't want to sing with someone that scream sings

All the lies in this thread... They've shown respect for each other throughout their careers and literally have been fans of each other. If Christina was so awful to Destiny's Child on tour, would Beyoncé show so much love to her during that time and after publicly?

If you watch the vid you'll see that if it didn't happen it's not because they didn't want to.

It's not even gonna happen now. One is getting 11 Grammy into her 40s while the others 2024 highlight is looking snatched on Instagram

Nah. More like 2006 when they were playing with big brassy instruments. B'Day and Back to Basics both served old school flavor.

If they haven't worked together on anything by now, then I don't think it's been on Beyoncé as she was always a fan of Xtina, even after Xtina was rude and said dumb things about her. I think Beyoncé is the only woman of her era that has matched creative wits and went toe to toe with all of the peers in her age group, both male and female (hell, even some in other genres). She collabed with everyone except Xtina. Apart from Lady Marmalade at the beginning of her career, has Xtina really worked with any of her female peers/rivals?

It's too late now, I fear.

It's well known that Aguilera Christina was mean to Destiny's Child. Beyoncé had no reason to associate herself to her.

Bey openly praised her early on in her solo career, so it wasn't because of bad blood…I think.
Everyone doesn't need to collab, I think their voices would have clashed. Just look at Gaga and her on Do what you want. :rip:

The same reason why Gaga and Rihanna never did a collab. They were competitors to each other.
