sugarysunflower Posted Saturday at 10:26 AM Posted Saturday at 10:26 AM Many of faves workout due to its benefits of endurance, athleticism for touring, increased air capacity for singing, better flexibility for dancing, anti-ageing properties, to optimise sleep and provide enhanced mental performance. What is your fave's workout routine, if known? And are you ready / have you been getting ready to get fit and ready for in 2025 or 2026? E.g., Madonna - daily running 8-10 miles or cycling 25 miles a day + 30 mins stairmaster + weight-training + yoga E.g., Janet Jackson - cycling 25 miles a day + weight-training + dancing / or known to do basketball, HIIT, weight training and CrossFit-esque activities. And then intense dance rehearsals on top if on tour. E.,g., Beyoncé likes battle ropes, kettlebells + medicine balls. Her father claims he used to make her run 5+ miles daily on the treadmill or in Houston parks in high heels whilst singing in her DC days. For Coachella, she did daily soul cycle, 45 mins stairmaster + hours of dancing. E.g., Jlo ran track in high school and kept up running workouts into adulthood, as well as a strength-training and body weight circuit-training gym bunny routine. As well as being known for competing in triathlon events. E.g., P!nk enjoys cardio HIIT, strength training, yoga, pilates, kickboxing. She also had medicine balls thrown at her stomach as she hung upside down while singing, in order to learn how to simultaneously sing and fly. E.g., Shakira loves boxing, as well as running on the treadmill, cycling, swimming and weight-training, on top of her belly-dance training. 1

Dragonfly Posted Saturday at 11:10 AM Posted Saturday at 11:10 AM (edited) I imagine Lana and Björk walk more than they work out I had an average of 22.000 steps a day in 2024 That's all I do... But I'm aiming for 16.000 in 2025 so that I have some more time for other hobbies Edited Saturday at 11:12 AM by Dragonfly 1

I use the Nike Vaporfly. They're a bit pricey but completely worth the cost, so light and a lot of padding and yet so soft inside which helps in terms of injury-prevention like shin splints or patella tendinitis. 1
