Aster has the best film on the list- Hereditary, but also the worst- Beau.

 

I loved Get Out and Us, but didn't like Nope that much. I loved The Witch, The Lighthouse and The Northman, haven't seen Nosferatu yet. So, for me it's probably Eggers>>>Peele>>>>Aster, for now.

 

Top 3: Hereditary, Us (bla bla bla things in the plot don't make sense, idc) and The Witch

Heredity, Get Out, Us and The Witch are the only good ones. 
 

They are really inconsistent

This is actually hard because all of them have yet to truly disappoint me (though I haven't seen Nosferatu, The Northman was stunning)

 

Hereditary is one of my favorite movies ever, and Eggers is extremely good at a very specific thing, but I think Peele might take this for me. I think I liked every movie of his more than the one before, so he is very consistent. I also think his are the most original movies here.

Honestly, I don't understand the hype on 'Hereditary'. It's too overrated imo. 'Get Out' is the best one to me, followed by 'Midsommar', then 'Us'.

I think I enjoy Jordan's movies more but Ari is a close second in my book. Imagine the collapse if they both collaborated

I never got the hype of Get Out. Us and Nope were both better to me. Hereditary and Midsommar are the strongest movies here, but Beau was a mess. I'm seeing Nosferatu tonight.

ari's gory horror is so gross but kinda pretty. beau is realllly bad tho.

Jordan Peele for sure. Ari Aster second place because Hereditary is iconic. Robert Eggers third but maybe Nosferatu will put him over Aster, since Beau is Afraid was a panned flop and Nosferatu is a hit.
