Renaissance World Tour was announced on a Wednesday. I definitely think this is going to be a tour announcement on a Tuesday, with it going on-sale on Friday or something like that. She's just giving people some heads-up (in a Beyoncé way ofc, so it's vague and cryptic) so that they can save up money/be prepared.
