Are boomers seeking the death penalty for Luigi for this reason?

Are boomers in public office seeking the death penalty for Luigi because they know that when millennials and Gen Z take over the levers of power, they will set him free, and boomers would do anything to stop that from happening in order to maintain the capitalist framework of societal structures, such as the healthcare industry, that they designed?

Boomers already indoctrinated most of the youth. So many young racists out there. I don't feel it's getting that much better with the youth since rich people stay rich and those are often the worst.

They want to make an example out of him to prevent future pushback against greedy, evil rich people.

Brave to assume that if millennials take over, their ideologies will be different.

I feel like it's being done to send a message by the wealthy CEO's and heads of pharmaceutical and insurance companies than it is out of fear that he'd be released. If he walks then they may be afraid that more people will follow suit and do something similar. I'm kind of surprised that there hasn't been a copycat or two already. I mean… if I had my way, he'd serve the lightest sentence possible and then walk. Idk what jury will convict him for all the things he's being charged with but who knows. I'm not putting anything past the rich assholes as far as buying off jurors or attempting to fill the jury with people who are on their side to begin with.

This, it's a precedent of severe punishment. Scary that there's a chance that it's likely happening

Why Are you shocked? Her murked someone in cold blood. It's illegal no matters who it is. Gen Z is more conservative that boomers and Millennials. Y'all are small loud minority and it's proven every election cycle. The fact there has no copycat proves it. All talk no walk.

The fact that they're charging him with terrorism, but don't charge school shooters with it, tells you all you need to know.

I hope another evil CEO is shot tbh

This exactly - the temptation of power isn't discriminate against generations. Each generation will uphold the structure of power currently in place of it means they become richer and more powerful. Funny that you think human nature allows for empathy.

If Luigi gets the death penalty and not the guy who set a woman on fire in the subway...

And yet Republicans also support him. This sparked discourse and support beyond political lines. Boomers on both sides are the ones pushing for this while Luigi's largest base of supporters ranges from anyone young enough to not have to wear Depends. These supporters are not a loud minority.

Your post suggests you are not someone capable of nuanced thinking. Perhaps stick to the base threads.
