The top cuz they are so in demand whereas hot bottoms are a dime a dozen lol. Tops make up like 15% of the gay population whereas vers and bottoms make up the overwhelming majority/ rest so they get solicited way too much and they can't control themselves cuz they know the bottom will look past it / forgive it simply by virtue of the fact that the top is rare. 
 

there truly needs to be a top training program to make more of them. Far too many "vers" who almost always lean more bottom and way too many pure bottoms. Pure tops are literally rarer than diamonds hence why they act like jerks

I know statistically this is correct, but realistically I don't understand why. Every cis man has a d!3k, that barrring stress, obesity, depression, etc, that they can use fully..

 

To bottom, you have to first clean it out using a contraption or special tool, then you have to train a hole that's for defecation to take things in rather than out. 
 

Considering the circumstances, there should be more tops than bottoms.
