They actually got away with stealing Justin's movie, he was willing to let them steamroll him in the way that they did, let them take all the credit and glory for his work, and then just move on from the whole thing. But then when clips of Blake's IEWU promo and older interviews went viral and she started getting dragged for being vapid and tone deaf, she and Ryan obviously thought this was a smear campaign from Baldoni in retaliation to what they did to him. Instead of just letting all of that blow over (which it would have), they responded with a smear campaign against him, went ahead with their threats to sue him, and got NYT to run a slanderous hit piece. They were probably arrogant enough to think that he wouldn't fight back because he had caved in to every demand they made up until that point. But that was the last straw. The only reason Baldoni let them steal his movie, let them overstep their mark and gave them everything they wanted was to avoid the stress and the headache of a legal battle. But when Blake/Ryan started one anyway, he had no choice to defend himself. Oh yes, poor Justin /s Let's not forget that everyone involved here is a rich millionaire with legal teams and contracts that spell out their rights and obligations. Justin's company has a contract with Sony, Blake has a contract with Justin's company, and everyone is just following the deals they signed. So this whole 'they stole his movie,' 'steamrolled him,' and 'took all the credit and glory' narrative? Yeah, that's not how any of this works. 1 8

Except according to the lawsuit and the evidence/facts presented in it by Wayfarer, Blake was in breach of her contract when she used threats and extortion to negatively impact the production, budget, scheduling and marketing of the movie, and used threats and extortion to make demands for things she had no contractual entitlement to. 6 1

Yes, and I thought it was a lot of smoke and mirrors. If you want to truly understand the situation, you have to place those messages and emails in chronological order. Working on the Script (February – May 2023) Looking at the messages from this period, both Justin and Blake were clearly hopeful and excited about the project. The "dragons" email comes from this time, when they were brainstorming ways to make the project and script a success. They were fully engaged, enthusiastic, and collaborative. Any doubts about Blake's involvement during this phase only appear in private conversations between Heath and a producer. However, none of these messages were directed at Blake. There was no indication that anyone told her she wasn't wanted on the project. In fact, Baldoni actively encouraged her to collaborate on the script. Filming and Post-Production (May – June 2023) At the start of filming, Blake expressed excitement and trust in Justin. Their messages reflect a normal working relationship, joking around like typical colleagues. But then, things took a turn. Filming began on May 15, with the birth scene filmed on May 22. By May 26, Blake had informed Sony about her complaint. Sony then notified Justin's company on May 29, and by June 1, they were discussing the grievances. After this, it seems both Blake and Justin attempted to move forward. However, the selective sharing of emails and text messages makes it difficult to get the full picture. Meanwhile, Heath and a producer continued their private conversations, criticizing Blake behind her back, without her knowledge. [No filming because a strike] Filming and Post-Production (November 2023 – Present) In November 2023, Blake's legal counsel sent a list of protections she felt were necessary for her to resume filming. Around this time, Justin's attitude shifted, he began telling his team that he was upset with Blake's involvement in the script. However, there's still no evidence of any message informing Blake that she was unwelcome. Even as late as February 2024, Justin and Blake were still chatting about how much they loved the project and were creating something great. Behind her back, an editor was complaining to Justin about her involvement. My conclusion Blake's involvement in the script was something Justin encouraged from the very beginning. Throughout this period, all of Baldoni's messages to Blake encouraged her to share her ideas. The negative comments about her were exclusively between at first 1) James Heath and a producer, later 2) Justin and an editor. There isn't a single message in the complaint where they directly tell Blake that they don't want her involvement. Justin Baldoni appears to be two-faced, telling everyone what they want to hear rather than being upfront. Edited February 8 by Fama 1 5

Her biggest claims to fame are "Gossip Girl" (a TV show from 15 years ago). "Sisterhood of the traveling Pants" (2005) and "A Simple Favor" (2018) Only a movie could propel Blake on to the "A" list - did those films do that for her? No, they did not. Despite all the Drama - IEWU did exceptionally well at movie theatre's. It is the vehicle Ryan and Blake identified, would give Blake the same "A" list actor status as him and in order to control that, they wanted the (not for sale, Wayfarer owned) rights to Colleen Hoover's novels. It is telling that in the book, the character of Lily Bloom is much younger than Blake and the story had to be adapted to accommodate her age. Additionally, it was reported during the filming of IEWU, that the tabloid press had taken some not very flattering pictures of Blake, looking old and haggard and this was so concerning it raised alarm bells at Sony. Face it, she's a washed up "C" list actress and IEWU is one of the last chances she was ever going to be given to get on to the same level as her husband. 3 5

Dante Silva Posted February 9 Posted February 9 The latest whispers suggest that Anna Kendrick reached out to Justin privately in the last few weeks, and there have been several lengthy telephone conversations exchanged between them during this time. Nobody knows exactly what was said between them, but rumors suggest that they'd love to find a suitable project and collaborate with each other once this whole mess blows over. 3

There isn't a single message in the complaint where they directly tell Blake that they don't want her involvement. Justin Baldoni appears to be two-faced, telling everyone what they want to hear rather than being upfront. Girl the whole website is in chronological order. But now we know you used ChatGPT it makes sense this doesn't line up with you actually reading it. Justin does welcome collaboration over the one scene she asked for specifically. Blake (i.e. Ryan) asked to leave notes on the rooftop scene injecting more of her own personality. Justin tells her he likes it but that he has to run it by the scriptwriter and that he himself envisions a mix of both their version and the original. Blake (Ryan) doesn't like this so they have the first intimidation meeting, disregarding what he said. Justin tells her she didn't have to have Ryan (and Taylor) gush over her version, that he welcomes ideas without the hoorah. Blake basically admits that it was an intimidation tactic by saying how they (Ryan & Taylor) are her titans. How everyone listens to them and how they stand up for her when she (Blake) is unable to. So the meeting definitely became a gang up on Justin ruse to make him fold to her changes. They didn't like that he called that out (kindly at that) so then came the second meeting (not even 2 weeks later) where she used Ryan to intimidate Justin over the whole weight thing and threatened to leave the film. And it's very clear from their communication that he respects her and wouldn't inquire about her weight negatively. The convos between Heath and the producer obviously come about after Justin had expressed privately that he was feeling ambushed and pressured (my own observation). And he is walking on eggshells at this point so he won't aggressively tell Blake to stand down. He essentially admits this when he has the meeting with her about how she's taken over the wardrobe (by saying in text to Heath that he ignored his gut feelings from previous interactions with her). But it's too late. Now, admittedly he dug his own grave by being a ***** and not telling her to sit the **** down but that's neither here or there at this point, he allowed it to happen and the manipulation was too great (along with Ryan being a juice head and Taylor's influence over the project/Blake's desires). I wouldn't call this "two-faced". He was in an impossible situation of his leading lady being manipulative / nice-nasty and was navigating expressing his concern with producers + keeping her "happy". Again, had he been more stern about that process it wouldn't have gotten there but he was trying to be a "different" director to what she claims to have experienced her entire career. She unfortunately used his kindness for her own gain. It's at this point it's noted she has been changing the script daily. This is very different from having notes on the one scene, but again he didn't stand up for himself so. That's pretty much all that needs to be said about that without turning this into a novel. As for the rest, after the grievances you're (or ChatGPT) actually misinformed about them having "moved forward". Firstly, they barely texted each other directly after the Sony reach out and in the short time that they did it was either "keep the peace" messages or her increasingly demanding access to film edits/dailies, etc. As at this point she feels completely emboldened to do and ask for whatever she wants, knowing that she has the upper hand as filming had begun. When we get to the list of protections, she still demands to have access to the script and make changes that have nothing to do with her alleged concerns. They have their first contact in months (via email) about meeting after she delayed production 2 more months. At that meeting, instead of discussing production she REHASHES things they had already considered resolved. Ryan is present here again and is again acting like he eats steroids for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You're completely lying about them still communicating happily in February 2024, because this is when she reached via her attorneys threatening that if she didn't have the ability to be in the editing room and actively putting the film together she couldn't promise to promote the movie. Justin had all but ceased communication with Blake the Summer 2023 because of the way she was manipulating things. He hated her by February 2024 and was just happy the film was done shooting and (sadly) thought the worst was behind him. Any messages between them at this point is Justin trying to maintain order and not delve into chaos because Blake has already put fear and retaliation on the table as her negotiations. Nothing more or less. So either you are not the brightest, your ChatGPT needs an update or you're a Blake stan. No one had to "tell" Blake she wasn't welcome. She was going to make herself welcome either way. There's plenty of instances in these messages of them telling her how things had to or needed to go and she responded with attorneys or threats. I hope her defense lawyer thinks the same as you so this can wrap quickly during trial and he can move on while her career remains the same as it was. 13

And please. Blake hasn't had any considerable work since Anna Kendrick's A Simple Favor.
