Unkept appearance... overgrown brows, nails, nose hair, facial hair. Yellow teeth/bad dental hygiene. Clogged pores.

 

I dont mind a receding hairline, but if they are desperately trying to save the 3 strands of hair remaining on their scalp... then no.
