I think big things are expected of Tate McRae with her next album era and that her label are trying to find 'magic' over the course of a full album (which they failed to do before).
 

They might achieve that but I'm not convinced she has the intuition to determine her own direction without advice coming from those around her.

 

On the other hand, Chappell Roan has genuine stage presence and a charisma. If she course corrects her questionable personality traits and attitude she could have a quite exciting sophomore era that continues her ascendancy.

 

Olivia Rodrigo is interesting in the sense that her second album era taught her that as a woman in her 20's - she needs to stop with the fake image of being a High School Senior and instead publicly embrace an image of full blown womanhood/ rock chick.

 

Once she steps into that and proves she has injected the levels of adrenaline from her debut into her third record, her third era has the potential to be fascinating to watch unfold.

 

Also, 2025 might be too soon for Dua but she could surprise us by revealing an understanding of where she went wrong on her third record and launch a fourth album she has covertly made with the same producers as her second - that sonically picks up from that point.

 

Camilla Cabello is a long shot. There is a toxicity around her - but she has demonstrated a chameleon like ability to confidently step in to unexpected genre's of music and indications are that she is making a rock album which might have an outsider's chance of finally resonating.

 

I think the reaction to Madison Beer embracing dance/ pop - is yet to wholly unfold in context of a studio album era and it's clear that's where she's heading on her next album. Could that album end up being a success story that ends up defining 2025?

 

However, there is always some random girlie who comes out of nowhere with a smash no-one sees coming and that smash sometimes ends up being the anthem of the year.
