Nobody is touching Brat next year IMO. The context and narrative is too specific - this is a woman who was pushing pop music forward for the better part of a decade without recognition outside niche online audiences finally getting her moment. I agree with the idea that FKA Twigs is maybe the closest and her album is certainly shaping up to be brilliant, but Brat as an overall event was something very rare and special.
