Radical Pessimism Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago I spent the night before my birthday rubbing muscle pain relief cream on my back I can't imagine what I will do when I turn 40 or 50! 2
MatiRod Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Eat well, sleep, no smoking, minimal drinking, sleep on a good mattress, don't overdo it at the gym, get massages, have good sex, reduce stress, stream The Loveliest Time 5

WEEKND Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Yeah I'm 34 and it's not that bad but I - stopped doing drugs - stopped drinking - supplements (fish oil, iron, a bit of collagen cuz I still wanna be able to twerk at the occasional function) - I go to the gym but I do just enough so my ass and my chest can look good - stopped using uber eats and actually cook ( it's a bunch of IG chefs with easy to follow recipes) those things have helped me transition successfully into my 30s 2

IBeMe Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago 30s seem like a nightmare ....its the first time u can see noticeable aging signs no matter how good looking or in shape you are. I'm dreading it even tho I am still in my early 20s...it just seems like no fun at all. Plus as a twink / femboy ur career literally ends by that point. A nightmare 2
Illuminati Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago I've been feeling old since I was 20 and every time I looked back I wished I enjoyed the years before more You're currently the youngest you'll ever be, which is a scary thought but in a way also kinda exciting 1
Yawn Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago i just need to wake up in the night to pee now 30s is actually prime cause you have money and independence and some(!) are still peaking in hotness 1
katara Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Oh STFU, I am so tired of yall complete IDIOTS spreading the wildelst delusions and misconceptions about age I just started my thirties and it's the most secure and energized I have ever felt Maybe it's a you problem. If you lay off the grease, smoking and/or drugs and go out and do some activity here and there instead maybe you'll feel less like a slop 4 2

glitch Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago There's no reason that you should be feeling old and creaky in your 30s. Please start doing some stretching and exercise. It's super important to keep your muscles active. If you don't use them, your muscles start to atrophy in your 30s. It's mostly a reversible process though, so it's never too late to start. You don't have to be lifting serious weights or anything, just get a couple of dumbbells and follow a few home workouts off youtube a 3 or 4 times a week. You'll fee much better for it. And go for lots of walks 2

Capris Groove Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago I feel better physically and look better at 32 than I ever did at 22. I'm much more confident too. - Sunscreen every day - Tretinoin - Cleanser every day, moisturizer every day - Silk pillowcases - Eat well - Sleep well - Exercise (cardio, strength training, and stretching!) - Positive relationships 3 1
Dante Silva Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago I feel blessed that my maternal shapeshifting presence on Grindr makes me a magnet for 18 yo, 9 inch D. At the same time, I'm kind of glad my libido has fallen through the floor and I no longer feel compelled to engage in the kind of cruising activities I used to indulge in when I was younger before that stuff switched to online and the running away from police cars in city parks and hiding in bushes at 4am. The memories and flashbacks of being so permanently horny when I was younger are so embarrassing to me now. I am glad to be free of that compulsion.

I try my best to exercise though, but I can't do it for a long time.
