Minto Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago do people think gay men are an entire different gender? we are men at the end of the day and men aren't exactly known to be as forgiving visually and yes i am generalising
Dante Silva Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago (edited) Be true to yourself and there just might be life on the other side of clubbing/ hedonism/ circuit parties/ sun-bed tans/ bleached hair/ lip fillers/ designer clothing .. It can be happy in a deeper way and it includes none of the aforementioned things that were potentially a part of your previous life. .. Then again, dress-sense never dies and a few designer labels might be worn now and then if you break on through to the other side. Edited 4 hours ago by Dante Silva
mons†er Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Yal ask this question so many times on this site and I never understand why. Gay men are just as shallow as any heterosexual individual or those who choose to not identify. The stereotype that some of you are feeding into, that the media has trained you to believe is something shocking especially in 2024. Everyone has different aspects of people they find attractive and to what degree. Let people like and love who and what they want. As long as they aren't being a terrible person who the hell cares?
BGKC Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago That applies to anyone. Straight men who treat women like property or sexual objects. Straight women who use men strictly for material things. People who live to flaunt their status symbols. Superficiality and shallowness is everywhere.
Cyanide Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Outside of internet and circuit-y club scenes I don't really think this is the case. What kind of people are you aligning yourself with? I think a lot of thee people who operate in that way only do so because it's the experience they've had in the gay community. I've seen how friends who are young and socialized amongst older white gay men are usually the ones who end up being this way — they don't get to form normal wholesome ways of relating to people outside of sex and drugs so it's not surprising actually.
Prodigal Self Posted 35 minutes ago Posted 35 minutes ago LMAO not ATRL gays in here all rushed to deny it and say that everybody is shallow when I read the most shallow gay takes on this website Weird how y'all finding depth only whenever threads like this one are posted 2
Soda Pop Queen Posted 8 minutes ago Posted 8 minutes ago 6 hours ago, Onyxmage said: Fixed for you. lol exactly. Some here don't like to admit it but men are always gonna be MEN first in this society, regardless of their sexual orientation. It's not that everyone else is incapable of being shallow in different ways but I find men are the only ones that are encouraged to be, excused to be or expected to be because they are, unfortunately, the ones that have made such rules.
