Brikenbur Posted December 14 Posted December 14 Lovers Revenge (Taylor's Version) out Valentine's Day 2025
DevilsRollTheDice Posted December 14 Posted December 14 Who would've f***ing guessed 5 years ago. The way she ALWAYS wins is kinda scary 5 3
DevilsRollTheDice Posted December 14 Posted December 14 The fact that she's on the cusp of 6/7 10 billion streamed albums on top of her singular physical sales 3
byzantium Posted December 14 Posted December 14 The first flop album to get 10 billion streams! Guts next! 1
aotearoa Posted December 14 Posted December 14 we need a deluxe with lover remix, aotgylb, need and a vault track
fridayteenage Posted December 14 Posted December 14 "it doesn't count cuz only her fans did that. so the girls who don't have that many fans actually are more impressive." 2
Buffy Posted December 14 Posted December 14 Kind of crazy how much the GP likes this album. It's pretty mid to me but I did give it a few streams yesterday
Mezik Posted December 14 Posted December 14 The funniest thing too, is everyone was so quick to drop 'Lover' and would say it was her 'flop era' and how the album would serve no longevity. At this rate, it's gonna be more remembered and serve greater longevity than Fearless and 1989. 3

no_better Posted December 15 Posted December 15 (edited) Good. I will always defend this album. Some of Taylor's best songs ever are on it such as Cornelia Street, Death By 1k Cuts, False God, and Paper Rings Edited December 15 by no_better 2
wsurferwayne Posted December 15 Posted December 15 (edited) would've been 18B if the following rollout was like this: lead - cruel summer (26 april 2019) 2nd - I think he knows (14 June 2019) 3rd - paper rings (16 August 2019) 4th - lover (13 December 2019) 5th - afterglow (13 march 2020) 6th - daylight (1 may 2020) Edited December 15 by wsurferwayne
OnlyManInTheWorld Posted December 15 Posted December 15 As the biggest Lover stan on this site, I can proudly say I won
Arrows Posted December 15 Posted December 15 Lover and its aesthetic gave something for the kids, non-miserable Disney adults and K-pop-inclined Asian teens to latch onto for years to come It fully served its purpose and was a necessary album for her to have in her career. The Eras tour wouldn't have worked as well without that pink, bubbly and positive era to contrast the many moodier, darker and more depressing eras like folklore, evermore, rep and TTPD. 2
